Adventure Book Sample and Factory Video

Adventure Time fans,

We hope everyone has had a great week! We have some Adventure Book samples to share!

As we mentioned a few updates ago, the initial sample of the Core Book revealed a discrepancy between our print files for the cover and the final printed dimensions. As a result, the cover art extended too far to the right, with part of the artwork mirrored/extended along the right edge.

The same issue appeared on our initial Adventure Book sample below. The good news is that we knew to look out for it, and we had already worked with the factory to correct the cover dimensions.

Mass Production Is Beginning!

With the Core Book and Adventure Book now approved, mass production of both is beginning!

Everything else is either entering production now or just days away from starting. Our goal is to wrap up manufacturing as quickly as possible and fulfill by the end of the year. We’re currently awaiting the factory’s final production timeline and will share more as things progress.

Adventure Twist, Random Encounter, and Sweet Dosh Card Samples

Adventure Time fans,

We hope everyone has had a great week! We are keeping the sample train going. We have received samples of the game cards. 

We spent a lot of extra time editing and improving the cards as we developed the game, so we are thrilled to see them in person. Check them out!

Dice Bag and Dice Box Sample Photos

Adventure Time fans,

We have some more samples to share! We’re excited to show off the incredible dice bags, and we’re really happy with how they turned out.

Plus, as you may remember, we decided to include the dice inside cool dice boxes as a little thank-you for your patience through the delays. Those came out great too!

GM Screen Sample Photos

Adventure Time fans,

Another week, another sample! We're happy to share some photos of the GM Screen sample we received from the factory.

One of the biggest reasons we produce samples before manufacturing is to catch any issues. In this case, we found that the front and back were mounted in reverse, causing the folds to work the wrong way.

The exterior artwork should fold inward when the screen is closed, while the interior reference panels should naturally face the GM when the screen is opened. On this sample, those orientations are reversed.

Fortunately, it's a simple fix for the factory, and this is exactly the stage where we want to catch issues like this… before full production begins.

Character Journal Sample Photos

Adventure Time fans,

We hope everyone is doing great! Most of our team is at Gen Con (following San Diego Comic-Con, no less!), but we wanted to share some new samples before the weekend. We got the three Character Journals and they look awesome. Check them out! 

We expect most of the remaining samples in the next few weeks, so we’ll keep sharing and updating. We will have a clearer fulfillment date once all samples are sent and approved.
