Adventure Book Pages!

Adventure Time fans,
We hope everyone is having a great start to September! On the Adventure Time front, things are progressing, albeit slowly.
As we mentioned last time, the Core Book and Jake’s Schmowzow Guide to Roleplaying Games are totally approved by the licensor. The Adventure Book, however, is going a bit slowly. Over half the book is with the licensor and since there’s so much writing and original art, it’s a bit of a painstaking process to get everything approved. The rest of the book is in graphic design and should be ready for licensor by early October.
We are using some of the extra time to create more art and other bonuses that are our way to say “thank you” for being so patient and supportive. We keep saying it, but we’ll say it again: Our number one goal is to produce something amazing for the fans who supported this campaign. Plus, we’re huge Adventure Time fans too, as you know, so we want something we would LOVE as fans. We’re getting closer.

Progress Update! Plus the Saucinator?!

Adventure Time fans,
Our apologies for the slower-than-usual update. We’ve had our heads down focused on getting closer to the finish line.
To go over where we are:
–Core Book: Totally approved by licensor. We’re doing some final proofing on our side.
–Jake's Shmowzow Guide to Roleplaying Games: Totally approved by licensor. We’re doing some final proofing on our side.
–Adventure Book: All writing and copyediting is finished. The various sections are with the licensor or in graphic design. Approvals for this book are the slowest due to the story elements, but we’re pushing forward.
–Dice: Designs have long since been done and we’ve shared samples. But we are adding some eye-catching packaging as a bonus for the long delay.
–Cards: Adventure Twist Cards are fully approved by licensor. Sweet Dosh Cards are being finalized next week. Random Encounter Cards will be finalized in the next two weeks.
–Additional materials like Postcards, Recipes, etc.: These are mostly being finalized next week.
We know it’s been a long haul, but we are so proud of the work being done by the team. We want to make this project as good as possible! Thanks for your support and patience, sincerely.

Jake’s Guide! And Core Book Complete!

Adventure Time fans,
The progress is real! Since we’ve last spoken, the Core Book has finally been totally approved by the licensor. We are doing some additional polishing on our end, but it’s close to finished. Jake’s Shmowzow Guide to Roleplaying Games (the 64-page introductory book included for free with all Core Book order on the Kickstarter) is also all done and approved by the licensor!
So currently our main focus is getting the Adventure Book across the finish line, along with some of the cards and extras in the campaign. The different sections of the Adventure Book are either with the licensor, in graphic design, or being copyedited.

Adventure Time fans,
Just a short update to let you know progress is still slow and steady. We are waiting on lots of approvals from the licensor, but in the meantime we are making good progress on completing the Adventure Book and adding some more art.
As promised, we have some more previews! More soon. We appreciate your patience!

Heroic Feats of Adventure!

Adventure Time fans,
The world is a bit mad right now, especially as we (like many other companies) make our way through the tariffs that have caused so much instability in our industry. We remain hopeful that more reasonable impulses will prevail and this game and all of our other products will come through with minimal unplanned costs.
Today, we have some more fun previews! We’ll keep posting these every couple of weeks so you can see the progress. We are deep in layout of the Adventure Book and Jake’s Guide right now and going through the approval process on everything with the licensor. Slowly but surely, we’re getting closer. As we get closer to the finish line on approvals, we will have a better sense of fulfillment timing. We appreciate everyone’s patience. We are so excited to get you everything!
